A Legal Settlement has been reached in a lawsuit against Match Group, Inc. about
automatically-renewing subscriptions of paid online dating site memberships. The
Superior Court of the State of California, County of Santa Cruz has authorized
this notice.
As part of the Settlement, certain customers who subscribed to Match Group portfolio companies’ dating sites are entitled to financial compensation. |

You are included in the Settlement Class if you first enrolled in a paid subscription with
any of Match Group, Inc.’s portfolio companies, including Tinder, Match, OkCupid, Hinge,
PlentyOfFish, Our Time, etc., from January 26, 2013 to July 7, 2021, and you provided a billing
zip code located in the State of California at the time of enrollment. You must also have
been charged for at least one automatically-renewed cycle without your knowledge or consent
and between January 26, 2013 and July 7, 2021. In addition, you must have either:
