You are included in the Settlement Class if you first enrolled in a paid subscription with
any of Match Group, Inc.’s portfolio companies, including Tinder, Match, OkCupid, Hinge,
PlentyOfFish, Our Time, etc., from January 26, 2013 to July 7, 2021, and you provided a billing
zip code located in the State of California at the time of enrollment. You must also have
been charged for at least one automatically-renewed cycle without your knowledge or consent
and between January 26, 2013 and July 7, 2021. In addition, you must have either:

requested a refund following the renewal of your first time purchase of a membership, including
a renewal after the expiration of a free trial period, and had your refund request denied;
requested to cancel your first time membership or to receive a refund after your first time membership
automatically renewed and had your request denied or delayed so that you were charged an additional membership fee;
complained directly to a brand owned by Match Group, Inc., a law enforcement agency such as the Attorney General or
a District Attorney, or to the Better Business Bureau that your first time membership was automatically renewed without
your knowledge or consent; or
requested to cancel your first time purchase of a membership and receive a refund within 45-days of your membership renewing
and had your refund request denied.
